If only there were more real people in this country.
If only we would stop hating and killing each other because of our beliefs.

If only they used their minds to think and not to manipulate.
If only there were good bookshops around.
If only people read classics.
If only people read for pleasure and not to show off.
If only we weren't wanna be's.
If only we could feel the importance of good education and not just vocational training.
If only we could raise our children into humane individuals.
If only more people could relate to their children.
If only men and women could be clean friends.
If only we would not litter.
If only we were kinder to animals.
If only men didn't sport beards etc.
If only we did more things for our own sake rather than to please others.
If only women thought a little.
If only they acted on those thoughts.
If only we got over the 'beta complex.'
If only we wouldn't text while driving.
If only we had values.
If only we respected people for what they are and not for what they have.
If only we didn't have Zardari for president.
If only we had men who believed in equal rights for women.
If only we had women who believed in equal rights for women and other people.
If only we had a Bill of rights.
If only we believed in that Bill of rights and followed it in spirit.
If only we respected life, human animal and plant.
If only we didn't defecate in public.
If only we didn't have pan spits decorating the walls of this country.
If only we didn't honk every two seconds.
If only we showed genuine pride in being who we are.
If only we stopped quoting Jinnah every five minutes.
If only every time someone died we wouldn't call them 'shaheed'.

If only we weren't so obsessed with marriage.
